Introductory Practice Series
A set of 5 AR practice sessions intended as an introduction to both AR and the project. The module provides some exposure to AR practices from the early days of the movement, and thus is intended for newcomers, including those with no previous experience with AR. It covers such things as welcoming everything, lean into your edge etc, with some nervous system flavor added throughout. There is practice in reflection, vulnerable sharing and context setting.

Schedule
The aim is to offer this as a continuously rotating series of 5 sessions, in a different timezone each time. At present its on Wednesdays (+/- timezone), with each round having a different time.
