At some point in our AR life, we reach this point where difference starts to show up in practice. In the conflict PPP there is this phrase "We are willing to make space for difficult conversations, without relationships falling apart." In this module we explore HOW. De-escalating tension is a skillset that can be learnt. In this way we transform conflict into collaboration and deeper relationships. This is a set of interactive sessions where we get to actually practice difficult conversations. It leans heavily on Stone, Patton and Heen's book of the same name.
